When you register for Runway, we use an automated system to send you an 8-digit verification code to prove that you are the owner of the email address you are using to sign up. Occasionally these automated emails are flagged by spam detection systems or are not deliverable to certain domains or mail providers. If you don't receive a verification code within a few minutes of requesting one, be sure to check your spam folder.
If you still didn't receive a code you have two options
- Send an email to email@example.com from the email address you used to sign up for Runway so that we can verify you own the address. We will then manually send you your verification code.
- Register for a new account with a different email address.
